Welcoming the New Year

Dear COVENTURE community,

As we reflect back on 2021 and get ready to dive into Year 3 of COVID challenges, I want to take this time to say thank you to our growing family of businesses, entrepreneurs and strategic partners.  First and foremost a huge thank you to our Executive Team, Paige, Teresa, Amy.  Your heads and your hearts have helped get us through a challenging year.  A big thanks to our Ambassador team, especially Joe, Krysia and CarrieAnn and Kessiah.  You always step up when it matters.  Thanks you to our Board and our newly formed Leadership Council.  COVENTURE is fortunate to have such seasoned thoughtful leaders.  We want to especially remember Board Member, local attorney and community champion, Rob Gavrell who passed this year but has left his fingerprints on some of the best things COVENTURE has to offer.  Rob will remain in our hearts.  And of course a big thanks to all of our strategic and community sponsors who have believed in us over the years.  A big heartfelt thank you to everyone.

As we enter 2022, Coventure is proud to kick off our ‘Community at Work’ Initiative.  We spent many hours in 2021 interviewing companies and trying to understand their pain points around the Labor Shortage and are excited to launch our response to those concerns.  We will provide free consulting, Monday through Friday at COVENTURE, for a variety of business needs.  We will continue to host our ‘Listening Tour’ for local businesses who want to exchange best practices and just stay connected to others who are trying to find their way through the ongoing challenges created by the Pandemic.  We currently have 118 businesses who have participated in these conversations are excited to have more.  Please reach out to info@coventure.io to get your business on the invite list.  We will continue to share information through our digest and social media channels on critical information (grants, loans, programs) that may be helpful in this time of need.  If you are an organization that offers such resources, please reach out to us so we can include you in our communications.
